JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Officer (Tagalog Speaker) with 2 years of core recruitment experience in the U.A.E. preferably within the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar (engineering professional and administrative roles) and blue-collar (site workforce operators technicians and labor roles) positions. Fluency in Tagalog is essential to effectively communicate with a large segment of the workforce.

This role requires strong sourcing capabilities bulk hiring experience and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams in a fast-paced construction environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and project timelines

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for white and blue-collar roles

  • Handle bulk hiring requirements for project-based recruitment

  • Draft and publish job advertisements across job portals and social media platforms

  • Source candidates through job boards referrals direct sourcing and networking

  • Screen CVs conduct interviews (including in Tagalog when required) and shortlist candidates

  • Coordinate technical trade tests and final interviews

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate documentation

  • Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely hiring closures

  • Ensure compliance with U.A.E. labor regulations and internal recruitment policies


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the U.A.E. preferably within construction

  • Proven experience hiring both white and blue-collar roles

  • Fluency in Tagalog and English (mandatory)

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills

  • Experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Indeed Naukri Gulf and other recruitment platforms

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
