Job Summary
We are seeking motivated UAE National fresh graduates to join our teams across various departments in site-based and operational environments.
These roles are ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience build professional skills and grow within a large diversified organization.
You will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to smooth workflow and site operations.

Provide administrative and operational support to on-site teams
Handle correspondence data entry and document control
Maintain records files and reports in an organized manner
Assist with scheduling meetings and daily coordination activities
Support reporting and data compilation as required by supervisors
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when needed
Ensure compliance with company procedures and site requirements
Support general office and site operations to ensure efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
School or Bachelors degree (preferred)
Fluent in English and Arabic
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail Drive Docs Sheets Slides Calendar Chat Meet)
