Position: Reception Manager (Live-In Company Accommodation Provided)
Location: Atlantis The Palm Dubai
We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Reception Manager to join our team at one of our venues located at Atlantis The Palm Dubai. This is a live-in position and company accommodation will be provided as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk and reception operations
- Lead train and supervise the reception team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest feedback concerns and special requests professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records schedules and reporting
- Uphold company standards policies and service excellence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Reception Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Hospitality or luxury venue experience is a plus
