To power this next phase Mumzworld is looking for a Brand and Marketing Associate to support its next phase of disciplined profitable growth. This role focuses on driving brand-building initiatives marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies across the e-commerce business. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing brand management or e-commerce operations with strong analytical and creative skills to translate insights into effective marketing strategies that enhance customer relevance and accelerate business growth. The position requires a proactive detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments
Key Responsibilities:
Planning executing and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital social media events) for growing in-house brands.
Working closely with product development sales and other departments to align brand initiatives & campaign calendars with overall business goals.
Ensuring all content is on-brand and resonates with target audiences. Including building brand presentations product content and photoshoot briefing
Go to market marketing collateral for in house brands.
Support end-to-end product launches for Private Brand SKUs ensuring asset readiness and timely go-lives.
Maintain campaign trackers launch calendars
Own on-site content and merchandising execution for Private Brands
Building brand equity through multiple social media channels. Managing all social accounts
Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed.
Co-align & execute the brand promotional strategy throughout the year.

Requirements
Experience & Background
Strong presentation skills
Innovative thinking and the ability to develop creative marketing solutions.
Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Efficient time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey brand messages.
Experience in building in-house brands
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
