Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center environment preferably in the transportation industry and be fluent in Arabic.
Responsibilities:
- - Handle incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries complaints and requests
- - Provide accurate and timely information regarding transportation services schedules and pricing
- - Process bookings and reservations for customers
- - Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
- - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
- - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs
- - Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume customer satisfaction and sales
- - Stay updated on company policies procedures and services to provide accurate information to customers
- - Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment preferably in the transportation industry
- - Fluent in Arabic both written and verbal
- - Excellent communication and customer service skills
- - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- - Flexibility to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- - Must be able to work in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates
