- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and service standards
- Deliver friendly professional and efficient guest service
- Maintain excellent knowledge of bar products cocktails and garnishes
- Ensure bar cleanliness organization and proper display of beverages
- Handle cashiering stock control and minimize wastage
- Follow opening and closing procedures of the bar
- Assist with training of new staff and support banqueting duties when required
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance hygiene and punctuality
- Comply with hotel policies safety regulations and local legislation
- Work flexibly based on operational and business needs
Qualifications :
Minimum 12 years experience in bar service beverage preparation or as a bartender (hotel or restaurant environment preferred)
Good knowledge of cocktail recipes spirits wines and beverage service standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented attitude
Presentable confident and professional appearance
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist other departments when needed
Flexible availability including evenings weekends and public holidays
Cash handling and POS experience an advantage
Understanding of hygiene safety and responsible alcohol service
Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness organization and inventory control
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
