Admissions Officer
The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an Admissions Officer to join a well-established supportive team in a highly successful school.
The closing date for applications is 15th February 2026.
About the Role
As Admissions Officer you will be the first point of contact for prospective families. Youll play a key role in guiding them through the admissions journey from initial inquiry to enrolment and onboarding. Your goal will be to provide a warm professional and personalised experience for every family ensuring each interaction reflects our schools values and high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries from prospective parents within 24 hours.
Coordinate all aspects of school visits and trial days.
Guide families through the application and enrolment process.
Prepare offer letters and manage acceptances forms payments and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records and manage admissions data and reports.
Ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new students and families.
Communicate proactively with relocation agencies and prospective families.
Meet key performance indicators for enquiry response visits and conversions.

Selection Process
Applicants should submit a CV letter of application and the details of two professional referees one of which should be your current Head Teacher/Principal/Line Manager.
