Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Advisor to join our growing travel and tourism operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist clients with flight bookings holiday packages visa assistance hotel reservations and travel planning services ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on international and domestic travel packages
- Handle flight bookings hotel reservations tour packages and visa processing
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus Galileo Sabre) for ticketing and reservations
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client needs and budget
- Process cancellations refunds and rebookings
- Maintain strong relationships with airlines hotels and travel partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure compliance with UAE travel regulations and documentation requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Travel Advisor Travel Consultant or Ticketing Agent
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
- Experience in holiday packages corporate travel and visa services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets
- Knowledge of international destinations and travel trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAE travel agencies or tourism companies
- IATA certification (preferred)
- Multilingual skills (Arabic is an advantage)
