ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the structural BIM coordination process for ongoing projects ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery timelines.
- Review and validate BIM models for structural elements in accordance with design specifications and standards.
- Coordinate closely with the design MEP architectural and construction teams to resolve clashes and ensure model integrity.
- Work closely with the India-based production team to ensure efficient communication and seamless BIM delivery.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks and Revit.
- Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) project standards and client requirements.
- Support project teams during design and construction phases by providing accurate and updated models and documentation.
- Maintain version control and ensure updates are shared promptly with all stakeholders.
- Assist in QA/QC of BIM models and output deliverables before submission.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM coordination with a strong focus on structural systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of site experience working on GCC-based projects.
- Strong command of Autodesk Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM 360.
- Familiarity with GCC standards construction practices and authority requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills particularly for working with remote teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Must be available to join immediately.
