Primary Functions:
Identifies business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
Acquire new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.
Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Presenting demonstrations on the Cartrack product and services.
Update CRM reports on daily basis.
Responsible for achieving CRM weekly target for calls leads and meeting.
Explore creative ways and identify opportunities to sell or promote our products and services.
Provide excellent customer service.
Prepares reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information.
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any related fields
2-4 years of experience in customer service will be an added advantage
Proficient in English
Technically independent with good initiative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Hands-on and a positive attitude
Team player with a high level of energy and able to work independently
Able work under pressure coordination skill multi-tasking service-minded.
Initiative for problem solving.
Good personality and good follow up.
With Valid UAE driving license
