Microwave Integration Services Engineer
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Employment Type: Full-Time Onsite
Nationality Preferred: Indian or candidates currently located in UAE
Experience Required: Must have hands-on experience with DU Telecom projects
Availability: Immediate joiners only
Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a Microwave Integration Services Engineer with solid experience in DU network environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end integration and commissioning of microwave links including alignment testing troubleshooting and acceptance processes in compliance with DU standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform integration configuration and commissioning of microwave radios (e.g. SIAE Ceragon Huawei NEC) across DU sites.

Align and test microwave links ensuring proper frequency coordination and signal quality.

Conduct link acceptance testing and support DU drive test and optimization teams.

Work closely with DU Transmission Planning and NOC teams for service provisioning and link migration.

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during integration and resolve faults in coordination with vendors.

Prepare and submit DU-compliant documentation including link acceptance reports integration checklists and PAT reports.

Ensure safety and quality compliance on-site as per DU and UAE telecom regulations.

Support swaps upgrades and cutover activities during off-peak hours or maintenance windows.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Electronics Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering.

25 years of hands-on microwave integration experience in DU network is mandatory.

Proficiency in handling SIAE Ceragon Huawei or NEC microwave equipment.

Solid understanding of RF alignment LOS verification frequency planning and troubleshooting techniques.

Familiar with DU integration tools processes and documentation requirements.

Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
