Provide barbering services including haircuts beard trimming shaving and grooming based on client preferences.

Recommend suitable styles and grooming solutions while maintaining the brands premium service standards.

Ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned disinfected and maintained according to hygiene and safety guidelines.

Always maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Deliver a welcoming and professional customer experience ensuring client satisfaction and repeat visits.

Upsell and recommend grooming products when appropriate.

Manage appointments and walk-in clients efficiently (as per store process).

Comply with company policies grooming standards and operational procedures.

Support the team and store operations when required including assisting during peak hours.

• Minimum 23 years of experience as a Barber (preferably in a premium salon or retail grooming environment).
  
• Strong skills in modern and classic haircut styles beard grooming and shaving techniques.
  
• Knowledge of hygiene sanitization and safety procedures.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Professional attitude well-groomed appearance and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
  
• Strong sense of structure discretion and attention to detail.
  
• Skilled at managing multiple demands effectively and remaining calm under pressure.
  
• Clear and confident communicator both verbal and written.
  
• Maintains a high level of professionalism integrity and judgment in all interactions.
  
• Excellent time management and organizational discipline.
  
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is a plus.
  
• Basic knowledge of grooming products and retail selling.
  
• Certification/diploma in Barbering or Hairdressing is an advantage.
