Operations Manager In-House & Outsourced Operations

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage both in-house (non-outsourced) and outsourced operations. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations vendor performance management cost control compliance with UAE regulations and achieving operational efficiency across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
In-House (Non-Outsourced) Operations

Manage daily operations of internal teams and departments

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower resources and assets
-
Implement SOPs KPIs and performance monitoring systems
-
Coordinate with HR Finance and Admin for smooth operations
-
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws company policies and HSE standards
Outsourced Operations
-
Manage and monitor outsourced vendors and service providers
-
Negotiate SLAs contracts and service agreements
-
Ensure vendor compliance with quality timelines and cost standards
-
Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of outsourced teams

Resolve operational issues and escalate risks when required
General Responsibilities

Prepare operational reports budgets and cost-control plans
-
Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

Liaise with clients management and external stakeholders
-
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field
-
58 years of UAE experience in operations management
-
Proven experience handling both in-house and outsourced operations
-
Strong knowledge of vendor management and SLA handling
-
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
-
Experience in telecom / facilities / manpower / services industry is a plus
Preferred Skills

Strong negotiation and cost-management skills

Ability to manage multi-location operations

Knowledge of UAE compliance and labor regulations
