Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in residential F&B or retail fitout projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecyclefrom design coordination and procurement through execution and handoverensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the full execution of fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Manage project planning scheduling procurement and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients consultants designers contractors and internal teams.
Review and validate drawings BOQs materials and technical specifications.
Monitor project budgets cost control variations and value engineering.
Prepare and track project progress reports schedules and documentation.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality safety and compliance with UAE regulations.
Resolve technical issues manage risks and ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure timely delivery of work packages.
Ensure full adherence to HSE requirements and local authority standards (DM DCD Trakhees etc.).
Lead project handover process including snagging final documentation and client signoff.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 710 years of experience in interior fitout project management.
Proven track record delivering residential F&B or retail fitout projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of project planning fit-out methodologies materials and authority procedures.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple fasttrack projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Project AutoCAD review and other project management tools.
Strong commercial awareness and budgeting skills.
Immediate availability is mandatory.
