Job description:

Job Title: Project Manager Construction Finishing / Interior Fit-Out

Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in construction finishing and interior fit-out works to manage site execution coordinate teams and ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and to required quality standards. The role involves hands-on site management and close coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of finishing and interior fit-out projects
Plan monitor and control project timelines and site activities
Coordinate subcontractors for finishing works such as gypsum painting tiling joinery ceilings flooring and MEP interfaces
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and project schedules
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards
Monitor progress and prepare site reports for management
Ensure compliance with safety rules and site procedures
Manage materials manpower and site resources efficiently
Identify site risks and resolve issues to avoid delays

Requirements

Minimum 57 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects
Strong finishing and fit-out experience is mandatory
UAE project experience required
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Good leadership coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 37 years of relevant experience in construction or civil infrastructure. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management tools. Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree/Diploma in BBA or Business Administration
