We are currently looking for Power BI Developer (Offshore) for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence.
- Expert in DAX Power Query (M language) and SQL for data transformation.
- Strong experience in data modeling ETL and report performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate SharePoint and Azure Data Services.
- Ability to integrate SAP Salesforce Databricks and cloud-based data sources.
- Understanding of AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling in Power BI (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Power BI Development & Optimization
- Design develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. Optimize DAX calculations and queries for performance.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and role-based access.
Data Modeling & ETL
- Build and maintain data models to support business reporting.
- Develop ETL pipelines using Power Query SQL and Power Automate.
- Integrate multiple data sources (SharePoint Databricks SAP Salesforce API etc.).
Power Platform & Automation
- Leverage Power Automate to schedule report refreshes and send notifications. Integrate Power BI with Power Apps and SharePoint for advanced reporting solutions.
- Automate workflows for data extraction and transformation.
Business Intelligence & Insights
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve business decision-making.
Performance Tuning & Best Practices
- Optimize Power BI reports for speed and efficiency.
- Ensure best practices in data governance security and compliance.
- Monitor report usage and suggest improvements.
