ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop detailed civil and structural drawings including early works such as:
Site facilities layouts Excavation drawings Temporary shoring works- Support design and drafting activities during the early construction phases.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications standards and guidelines.
- Assist in resolving design and drafting issues during coordination between steel and concrete structures.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure revisions are tracked and updated.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil/Structural Drafting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil/Structural Draftsman preferably in large-scale building projects in the UAE/GCC.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of civil works excavation and temporary shoring systems.
- Experience in civil works and structural coordination.
- Experience in complex projects involving large basements and steelconcrete interface coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
