About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo (ERP) Specialist tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementingmaintaining and optimizing the ERP (Odoo) system across various role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems data accuracy usersupport and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational efficiencyand business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the Odoo ERP system to meet departmental requirements.
- Enter verify and maintain accurate data across all modules.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides and documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support to end-users and resolve system-related issues promptly.
- Perform regular system maintenance upgrades and performance checks.
- Coordinate with developers for custom reports features and enhancements.
- Conduct data audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Work closely with Finance HR Supply Chain and Operations teams to optimize system usage.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of sensitive company and client data.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Technology or a related field.
- 35 years of experience with ERP systems preferably Odoo.
- Proficiency in database management CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and ERP implementation projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
