This is a group-level leadership role working closely with the CEO and Board responsible for shaping and executing the organizations overall strategic agenda driving growth transformation and long-term value creation across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group strategy enterprise planning and performance management across businesses.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities M&A investments and new ventures.
- Drive commercial due diligence feasibility studies and transaction execution
- Partner with business leaders to optimize portfolio performance synergies and returns.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board; lead board-level strategy and investment discussions.
- Champion transformation initiatives and a data-driven performance-focused culture.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution.
- 15 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within large or diversified organizations.
- Prior exposure to multi-sector or holding company environments is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in M&A investments and business expansion.
- Exceptional strategic thinking analytical rigor and commercial acumen.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and boards.
- Comfortable operating across industries cultures and levels of seniority.
- Sound judgment high ownership mindset and the ability to drive strategy through execution.
