Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Camp Boss to manage day-to-day operations of the labor accommodation. The candidate will ensure discipline cleanliness and smooth functioning of the camp in compliance with company and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the labor camp and maintain discipline

Ensure cleanliness hygiene and proper maintenance of camp facilities
-
Coordinate room allocation attendance and movement of workers
-
Handle basic worker issues and report matters to management
-
Coordinate with maintenance security and transport teams
-
Ensure compliance with health safety and municipality regulations
-
Maintain records related to camp occupancy and facilities
Requirements:
-
23 years of UAE experience as a Camp Boss or similar role
-
Basic communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage)

Ability to manage workers and handle issues calmly

Knowledge of UAE labor camp rules and regulations
