Executive Assistant to join our team in
Abu Dhabi.The
Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and executive support duties while serving as the primary point of contact between the executive leadership and internal stakeholders. This role provides high-level support to the executive team to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duty Hours: 48 Hours per week for 5 days
Essential Functions
Manages coordinates and arranges CEO/senior executives travel and travel-related activities including hotel booking transportation and meal coordination.
- Performs administrative and office support such as typing dictation spreadsheet creation sending emails and maintenance of filingsystemand contactdatabase.
- Prepare reports correspondence and presentations as required.
Facilitates approvals of documents by the CEO/senior management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Degree inBusinessor related field
- 10-15 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant ora similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant administrative tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Abilitytoanalyze situationsandtakeappropriate actionconsistentwithcompany policies.
- Operates in a fairconsistentandequitablemanner and displays such behavior by example.
- Takes or organizes individual and collective action after analyzing situations based on the available evidence and knowledge.
