ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise all civil works at the site to ensure compliance with project specifications drawings standards and timelines.
- Review and validate technical documentation shop drawings method statements ITPs and material submittals.
- Coordinate with contractors consultants and other stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of site works.
- Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct daily inspections and quality checks to verify work progress and report any deviations or issues.
- Assist in resolving technical site problems ensuring smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly site progress reports.
- Participate in site meetings and ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of total experience including at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
- Proven experience in large-scale projects in the UAE or GCC (e.g. high-rise buildings infrastructure or mixed-use developments).
- Strong knowledge of construction practices documentation and site coordination.
- Familiarity with UAE local codes standards and authority requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD and site reporting tools.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and coordination skills.
