The Senior Inspire Value Consultant is a role that operates together with ServiceNows customer-centric sales teams as well as with other key functions within ServiceNow (i.e. executive offices industry go-to-market solution sales) to identify calculate and develop value narratives for our most strategic customer and biggest bets. These narratives must demonstrate how ServiceNows solutions impact our customers P&L (reduce costs increase revenue) show industry relevancy across our customers priorities and challenges and be compelling in nature. They will help our account teams to connect with senior and C-suite stakeholders and take our messaging communications and experience to the next level with a financial acumen and industry-based lens.
Customer Advisory
- Engage executives to determine and managecustom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements at select customers applying ServiceNow methodologies
- Lead discovery workshopswith prospective and existing customer leadership and their teamstounderstand goals and challenges
- Document and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer goals
- Create high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agreement present multi-year roadmaps and document the full business case to justify action
- Communicate and advise in 1:1 and 1: many environments.
Thought leadership
- Identify and lead to the creation of new IP (best practices white papers workshops etc.)
- Improve current methods and frameworks
- Work with and enable the ServiceNow teams on a business consulting approach to sales
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- 7 years of relevant experience as a Management consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or a customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendor
- Focus and experience (5 years) in a major industry (such as FSI Telco Manufacturing Retail etc.) is preferred
- Executive / leadership experience working on digitaltransformation projects or enterprise software deployments preferred
- Exceptional executive presentation skills in person on zoom C-level
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales organizations; demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders multiple teams / departments on strategy messaging and customer engagement
- Experience with public speaking meeting facilitation and white boarding
- High level of executive presence with a humble demeanor
- Analytical and financial experience
- Enjoyment working in a collaborative environment
- Ability to travelup to 40% of the time
