Job Description: SCF Product Engineer (Supply Chain Finance)

Role Summary
We are seeking a Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Product Engineer to design build and enhance digital SCF solutions. The role combines strong domain knowledge in supply chain finance with hands-on technical expertise to deliver scalable secure and high-performing financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain SCF platforms and digital trade finance solutions

Translate SCF business requirements into technical and functional specifications

Collaborate with product managers business stakeholders and operations teams

Build and integrate APIs for SCF workflows such as invoice financing reverse factoring and supplier onboarding

Ensure compliance with banking regulations security standards and risk controls

Optimize system performance scalability and reliability

Support UAT production releases and post-go-live activities

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to SCF applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance and trade finance products

Experience working on SCF platforms trade finance systems or fintech solutions

Hands-on experience in application development or system integration

Knowledge of financial workflows payment processing and reconciliation

Experience with REST APIs microservices and system integrations

Familiarity with databases and data modeling for financial applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Experience in banking or financial services organizations

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)

Knowledge of ISO 20022 SWIFT or payment messaging standards

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Finance or related field

5 years of experience in SCF trade finance or financial product engineering (preferred)
