Responsibilities
| Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets ensuring timely progress and data accuracy.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
Manage candidate communication interview scheduling and feedback collection to deliver a great candidate experience.
Source and engage potential candidates through job boards LinkedIn and other online platforms.
Conduct initial screenings and pre-assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Maintain all recruitment activities and updates accurately within the applicant tracking system.
Support the final stages of recruitment including case study coordination reference checks and offer preparation.
Contribute to process improvements and team projects that enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.

Required Education
| Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Required Skills
| Strong organizational planning and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous learning.
Confident using MS Excel and Google Workspace.
Fluency in English and Arabic (both required).
