Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations
Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest concerns professionally
Support training scheduling and performance management of F&B colleagues
Monitor service quality cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
Assist in inventory control cost management and operational reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies brand standards and safety procedures
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Good knowledge of service standards hygiene and safety practices
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
