Job Title: Senior 3D Rendering Specialist
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings for architectural interior and landscape projects.
- Interpret CAD drawings and 3D models to develop compelling visual presentations.
- Collaborate with design teams to refine visual concepts and storytelling.
- Execute post-production enhancements using advanced image editing techniques.
- Integrate VR/AR visualization tools to support immersive client presentations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in architecture Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural visualization or 3D rendering.
- Must have hands-on experience with Revit and completed at least 4 Revit-based projects.
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in 3ds Max V-Ray Corona Renderer or equivalent rendering engines.
- Advanced modeling skills in SketchUp Rhino and Revit.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Solid understanding of AutoCAD for technical drawing interpretation.
- Skilled in post-production workflows and image compositing.
- Familiarity with VR/AR visualization platforms (preferred).
