We are looking for a Senior Zoho Developer / Zoho Architect to take complete ownership of our Zoho One environment which powers our CRM backend integrations automation reporting and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise across the entire Zoho One suite including CRM Creator Flow Books Projects People Desk Analytics and Sign and will lead all customization automation integration and optimization initiatives. You will work directly with our backend (PHP/MySQL) and mobile (Flutter) teams to ensure seamless communication between Zoho and our core business systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Zoho One Architecture & Administration

Take end-to-end ownership of all Zoho One applications (CRM Creator Flow
Books People Projects Desk Analytics Sign)
Design and maintain the overall Zoho data architecture ensuring consistent data
flow across modules and connected systems.
Configure user roles profiles and permissions for secure and scalable access management.
Audit and optimize system performance workflows and API usage across Zoho apps.

2. Advanced Zoho CRM Customization

Design and implement custom modules fields validation rules and blueprints.
Develop advanced Deluge functions and custom scripts for automation and logic handling.
Create and maintain complex approval processes lead routing and data synchronization workflows.
Integrate and automate with Zoho Books Projects and Desk for unified data tracking.

3. Integration & API Management

Lead all integrations between Zoho and external systems including PHP backend Flutter mobile app and third-party APIs (Stripe APC etc.).
Manage OAuth 2.0 token generation and rotation ensuring secure uninterrupted API communication.
Build robust middleware logic for data sync error handling and retry mechanisms.
Maintain API documentation and ensure adherence to Zohos rate and concurrency limits.

4. Automation & Workflow Engineering

Design enterprise-level automations using Deluge and Zoho Flow.
Develop and optimize trigger-based and scheduled functions for key business processes.
Build multi-app workflows that connect CRM Books and Projects seamlessly.
Ensure consistency and reliability in automated processes across departments.

5. Data & Reporting

Create custom dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics.
Establish data validation normalization and cleanup routines to maintain data quality.
Provide management with key business intelligence metrics from Zoho data sources.

6. Governance Security & Documentation

Define standard operating procedures for system changes automation updates and integration testing.
Ensure compliance auditability and version control for all Zoho configurations and scripts.
Maintain technical documentation for workflows APIs and system configurations.
Mentor junior Zoho developers or administrators if needed.

Requirements

Eligibility

610 years of total experience with 4 years dedicated to Zoho development and administration.
Deep hands-on experience with Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Flow and Zoho Books.
Advanced proficiency in Deluge scripting and custom function development.
Strong knowledge of Zoho REST APIs OAuth 2.0 and integration best practices.
Proven experience designing automation blueprints approval workflows and data sync logic.
Strong understanding of backend communication (PHP/MySQL) and REST integration principles.
Experience handling Zoho One system architecture and inter-app dependencies.
Solid understanding of Zoho Analytics or similar BI tools for reporting.
Excellent debugging documentation and architectural design skills.
