Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Aluminum Fabricator to join our construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating assembling and installing aluminium structures including doors windows curtain walls partitions and façades in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in aluminium fabrication workshops or on-site construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble aluminium doors windows frames and curtain wall systems
Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication specifications
Cut shape and weld aluminium sections using appropriate tools and machines
Install aluminium structures at project sites as required
Ensure accuracy quality and finishing standards are met
Follow construction safety regulations and site procedures
Perform routine maintenance of tools and fabrication equipment
Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to meet project timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an Aluminum Fabricator or Aluminium Technician
Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication techniques and tools
Ability to read shop drawings and measurements accurately
Experience working in construction sites or fabrication workshops
Good understanding of workplace safety standards
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Dubai or UAE construction projects
Knowledge of curtain wall façade and cladding systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical certification or vocational training (advantageous)
