We are seeking a confident elegant and guest-focused Guest Experience Agent / Hostess to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a world-class hospitality brand while engaging with VIPs dignitaries and high-profile guests in an international luxury environment.

As the first point of contact at exclusive events and official functions you will play a key role in delivering a refined welcoming and memorable guest experience aligned with global protocol and luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist VIP guests with warmth professionalism and discretion
Ensure smooth guest flow seating arrangements and event coordination
Deliver personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences
Uphold international etiquette and cultural protocol standards
Liaise with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution of VIP events
Manage guest lists RSVPs and confidential information
Distribute event briefings and support operational communication
Represent the hotel brand with poise elegance and impeccable conduct
Advise guests on local customs and etiquette

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in hospitality guest relations events or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance with a passion for luxury service
Comfortable in fast-paced high-profile environments
Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
Minimum height requirement: 165 cm

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 5000 per month (approx. USD 1530 / EUR 1170)
