ملخص الوظيفة


The primary purpose of this role is to manage and maximize strategic sponsorships and partnerships that support the organizations brand objectives and community impact.
The role focuses on identifying high-value partners structuring mutually beneficial agreements ensuring partnerships are activated meaningfully rather than remaining transactional or logo-led.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall sponsorships and partnerships portfolio ensuring alignment with organizational priorities brand positioning and community objectives.

  • Lead the evaluation and prioritization of inbound sponsorship and partnership requests applying clear criteria to recommend approval refinement or decline.

  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations on partnership opportunities supported by clear rationale and value assessment.

  • Ensure sponsorship engagements are value-driven and purpose-led avoiding low-impact or purely transactional partnerships.

  • Oversee partnership governance ensuring compliance with brand guidelines reputational standards and internal policies.

  • Identify opportunities to elevate high-potential partnerships through stronger activation storytelling and cross-platform integration.

  • Manage a portfolio of sponsorships and partnerships from initial intake through execution delivery and close-out.

  • Work with partners to refine proposals and structure mutually beneficial agreements where alignment exists.

  • Collaborate closely with Events Communications CSR and other internal teams to deliver agreed benefits and activations.

  • Ensure branding visibility and engagement deliverables are executed to a high standard.


Requirements


  • 510 years of relevant experience in sponsorships partnerships brand collaborations or related roles.

  • Proven ability to evaluate inbound sponsorship and partnership proposals assessing strategic alignment commercial value and impact.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence coordinate approvals and work effectively across internal teams and external partners.

  • Demonstrated experience in partnership activation and value maximization delivering meaningful engagement beyond standard logo placement.

  • Sound strategic and commercial judgment with the ability to prioritize opportunities negotiate value and provide clear well-reasoned recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of articulating partnership rationale benefits and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and execution capabilities with a track record of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously and delivering on time.
