ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking for an experienced PP Technical Operator to operate and maintain polypropylene (PP) production machinery. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of PP processing and be able to ensure consistent product quality and smooth machine operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate PP extrusion / weaving / injection molding machines (as applicable)
- Set and control machine parameters (temperature pressure speed)
- Monitor product quality and minimize wastage
- Troubleshoot technical and production-related issues
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team
- Maintain daily production and material consumption records
- Follow safety quality and production standards
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a PP Technical Operator
- Hands-on experience with PP raw materials and processing
- Ability to handle machine setup and changeovers
- Knowledge of quality control and defect identification
- Willingness to work shifts
- UAE / GCC experience preferred
- Willing to relocate in Umm Al Quwain UAE
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2000 - AED 3000
