Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the occupancy list for all accommodations.

• Ensure proper allocation of rooms for optimal space utilization.

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms for cleanliness and maintenance.

• Maintain accurate documentation of contracts policies and ensure all documents are valid and up to date.

• Coordinate with the HSE team for inspections and compliance checks.

• Conduct monthly accommodation inspections and record findings in Intelex.

• Manage all accommodation-related services including but not limited to maintenance cleaning and pest control.

• Monitor and address all service requests and complaints from staff within the defined SLA timeframe.

• Ensure storage rooms and materials are organized and properly maintained.

• Monitor fire extinguishers alarms and emergency exit arrangements.

• Inspect and maintain First Aid boxes at all Northern Emirates locations monthly.

• Conduct breath analysis tests at RAK and Sharjah weekly and Ajman and Fujairah monthly; update results on SharePoint.

• Maintain proper records of spare parts consumables and materials in stock.

• Liaise effectively with vendors suppliers and contractors for ongoing requirements.

• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Facilities Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken).

• Energetic self-motivated and proactive.

• Valid driving license is mandatory.

• Basic computer literacy.
