We are currently seeking 5 elite Real Estate Agents to become part of our exclusive founding team. If youre ambitious client-focused and ready to work with a high-performance culture this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and convert high-quality leads provided by the company

Conduct property viewings and build strong relationships with clients

Provide expert guidance to buyers sellers and tenants

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and legal regulations

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Represent Milele Properties with professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong client-facing and interpersonal abilities

Valid UAE driving license is a plus

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
