With offices across Asia and Europe and a new specialist centre in Cyprus this group develops its own risk intelligence and anti fraud capabilities rather than buying products off the shelf. That means your ideas do not disappear into PowerPoint. They become rules engines dashboards and operating procedures used every day by real customers and real operators worldwide.

About the role

This is a hands-on position. You will spend most of your time understanding problems in production flows analysing cases fixing root causes writing processes and pushing adoption across Level 1 and Level 2 operators. The role reports directly to the Risk Lead and operates in a fast moving environment where solutions must be practical measurable and delivered quickly.

You will

Investigate alerts and incidents and translate them into rule or process changes

Tune anti fraud rules for deposits withdrawals and chargebacks

Diagnose operational errors and prevent repeat losses

Create and maintain SOPs and documentation end to end

Work closely with Payments Operations Data and Product teams

Help improve usage of external vendors including Lexis Nexis

You bring

Payments anti fraud background in CFD Forex gambling banking or similar

Experience writing and enforcing processes not just following them

Comfort working with incomplete data fast changes and ambiguity

Ability to challenge operational teams and negotiate adoption

Russian speaker preferred because the working language of the team frequently switches between Russian and English

Ready to relocate and work hybrid with travel a few times per year
