Data Privacy Consultant
Location: Riyadh (Hybrid) Practice Area: Data & Analytics Type: Permanent

Help organisations protect data build trust and meet evolving regulatory expectations.

The Role
As a Data Privacy Consultant at Capco youll work with leading organisations to design implement and embed effective data privacy and protection frameworks. Youll support clients across complex regulatory environments helping them manage risk strengthen governance and enable responsible data use.

What Youll Do

• Advise clients on data privacy regulations policies and controls across data lifecycle activities

• Assess data processing activities and support privacy risk assessments and impact assessments

• Design and implement data privacy frameworks operating models and governance structures

• Partner with technology legal and business teams to embed privacy-by-design principles

• Support regulatory readiness audits and ongoing compliance initiatives

What Were Looking For

• Experience in data privacy data protection or information governance roles

• Strong understanding of global privacy regulations and data protection principles

• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business-ready solutions

• Experience working with stakeholders across legal technology and business functions

• Clear communication skills with full Arabic fluency

Bonus Points For

• Experience delivering privacy initiatives within consulting or advisory environments

• Exposure to privacy tooling data discovery or consent management platforms

• Knowledge of privacy considerations in analytics cloud or digital transformation programmes

• Relevant certifications (e.g. privacy risk or data governance related)
