Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with business and people priorities.
Ensure consistency of tone messaging and branding across all internal communication channels.
Partner with senior leaders HR and business functions to communicate organizational updates change initiatives and major announcements.
Create high-quality written and visual content including emails newsletters and intranet content.
Manage maintain and continuously optimize internal communication channels (email intranet collaboration platforms).
Support and deliver internal communication campaigns that drive engagement and awareness.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or a related field.
13 years of experience in internal communications or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
