Contribute to strategic financial planning and analysis

- Support the development and execution of strategic financial plans and forecasts
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends risks and opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data and performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategies with operational objectives
- Monitor financial KPIs and deliver regular reporting and recommendations
Requirements:
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
- 3 years of experience in financial planning analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in financial modeling data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel SQL Power BI)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment
