Role Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented QA/QC Inspectors to support ongoing interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The role involves ensuring all works meet approved quality standards specifications and authority requirements from execution through project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect ongoing fit-out works including gypsum partitions & ceilings joinery carpentry flooring tiling painting MEP coordination and finishes
Ensure works comply with approved shop drawings method statements material submittals and project specifications
Conduct incoming material inspections and verify approvals prior to installation
Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality checklists
Identify non-conformities issue NCRs and follow up on corrective/preventive actions
Coordinate inspections with site engineers supervisors subcontractors consultants and client representatives
Participate in consultant/client inspections and ensure timely closure of observations
Maintain QA/QC documentation including daily reports snag lists and handover dossiers
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards
Support snagging de-snagging and final handover activities

Candidate Requirements

23 years of UAE experience as a QA/QC Inspector in interior fit-out projects
Strong understanding of fit-out materials finishes and quality standards
Familiar with QA/QC documentation inspections and reporting
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on site
Candidates with prior experience in similar fit-out environments will be preferred
