About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence generate qualified leads and support business growth within the HR outsourcing and staffing services sector. This role combines strategic planning campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable marketing impact.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Define annual marketing plans budgets and KPIs to support lead generation and brand growth.
Identify target segments and tailor messaging to meet market and client needs.
Campaign & Lead Generation Management
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital content events and partnerships.
Drive lead generation initiatives through performance marketing inbound campaigns and account-based marketing.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
Brand & Content Management
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Oversee content development including presentations case studies brochures and digital assets.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across internal and external communications.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Manage digital channels including website SEO paid media email marketing and social platforms.
Track and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
Use data insights to refine campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Work closely with sales recruitment and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
Coordinate with external agencies vendors and partners as required.
Support sales teams with marketing collateral and go-to-market initiatives.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends client needs and competitive positioning.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic marketing responses.
Provide insights to leadership to support business planning and expansion.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.
610 years of experience in marketing roles preferably within B2B services or staffing industries.
Strong experience in digital marketing lead generation and campaign management.
Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable outcomes.
Experience working closely with sales and leadership teams.
