About the Role

A leading MEP contractor in Dubai is seeking a QA/QC Mechanical Engineer with a strong track record in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting documenting and verifying mechanical installations ensuring full compliance with project specifications quality procedures and authority approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC inspections of HVAC plumbing drainage and firefighting systems.
• Review method statements material submittals shop drawings and ensure site works align with approved specs.
• Generate and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs) Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and quality records.
• Coordinate with consultants main contractors and internal project teams for snag closure and final handover.
• Supervise pressure testing flushing chlorination and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Participate in authority inspections (DCD DM DEWA) and ensure compliance.
• Track all QA/QC documentation and assist in preparing handover files and O&M manuals.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).

• 5 years of dedicated QA/QC experience on MEP high-rise

  projects in Dubai or wider UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE authority procedures codes and approval systems.
• Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle mechanical MEP projects from start to handover.
• Proficient in QA/QC documentation ISO standards and quality systems.

• Strong coordination inspection and reporting capabilities.

• Must be based in the UAE and available to provide salary slips or SOA prior to final interview.

• Consistent employment history with reputable companies.

• UAE experience is mandatory; Dubai-based candidates preferred.
