Our client is a leader in the renewable energy sector dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions across Europe. they are expanding their operations and seeking an operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our renewable energy projects in Germany.

Job Description:
As Operations Manager you will oversee the daily operations of our renewable energy facilities ensuring optimal performance efficiency and safety. You will work closely with various teams to implement operational strategies and resolve any issues that arise.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of renewable energy sites ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and support operational teams fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Monitor facility performance analyze data and address any operational issues promptly.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering Operations Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
