Description

Ontime Group is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse with a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to join our exceptional this role you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care across various healthcare settings ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support. Your expertise and dedication will help enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a positive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients health status including physical exams and health histories
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring adherence to safety and clinical guidelines
Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment making adjustments as necessary
Educate patients and their families about health management treatment options and self-care strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and improve patient care
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

Requirements

Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
Prior nursing experience in clinical or healthcare settings
Strong clinical skills with a solid understanding of nursing practices and patient care standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy and patient-centered care
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work environments
