Purpose: Lead delivery of business and market insights by preparing/cleansing data building dashboards running standard analyses and owning defined tasks in the in-market sales cadence. Engineer reliable performant data products (models pipelines datasets) that power analytics across MEA and lead like a senior analyst when needed.

You will be responsible for:

Data analysis automation and reporting

• Extract and analyze data directly from enterprise databases (Artemis CDL Azure SAP etc.) using SQL/Python; build data models and reusable datasets to support dashboarding and business performance tracking

• Prepare data run validations publish outputs on time; maintain issue logs and lessons learned; own small-scope readouts Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that transform complex data into clear actionable insights

• Write and maintain scripts (SQL/Python) to automate recurring data validation cleaning and aggregation workflows

• Build/maintain Power BI reports; manage refresh schedules; document metric definitions and lineage; run UAT with users

• Ensure data quality reconcile sources; escalate risks with clear reproduction steps; maintain access/role hygiene with governance

Market intelligence

• Supporting/leading the in-market sales cadence collecting inputs from distributors and commercial teams validating the data processing & analyzing generating insights and running action registers through to closure

• Support data ingestion mapping files load validations and post-load checks for distributor files and sales hierarchies under SOPs; support migrations

• Analyze business performance and growth drivers incl. pricing portfolio customer health distributor stock risk corrective actions and benefit tracking

• Driving Hubble & dashboard adoption for distributors prioritizing enhancements; templates & glossary; trainings; feedback loops

Dashboard development

• Develop dashboards to meet business needs and join business readouts; quantify impact of releases

• Lead documentation & enablement: glossary SOPs quick guides; draft release notes for updated dashboards; deliver user refreshers

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Business Administration a related field; Masters degree preferred

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience; hands-on track record building production-grade data/BI systems plus stakeholder leadership

• Experience in Medical Device Industry / Pharma is a plus

• UAE National with a family book.

Must-have:

• BI & Visualization: Power BI (dataset optimization data modelling & query building) Tableau QlikView

• Data Querying & Integration: Ability to extract and merge data using SQL and Python from enterprise and cloud platforms (Azure Artemis AWS CRM SAP)

• Programming & Automation: Python (pandas PySpark) SQL (advanced) Java; scripting and workflow automation i.e. experience automating data preparation validation and reporting processes using Python and workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow Alteryx or similar)

• Data Engineering: ETL pipeline design & optimization; data modelling; relational database design & tuning; experience building and maintaining lightweight ETL pipelines version-controlled in Git with clear documentation

• Business & Reporting: Business partnering KPI design

• Productivity: Microsoft 365 Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel

• Cloud & Warehousing: Azure (Databricks Synapse) AWS Redshift Google Cloud; BigQuery; Artemis or similar via ODBC/JDBC/APIs for programmatic data access and automation
