Job Summary
The Account Manager will act as the primary client servicing lead ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations while maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves coordinating between clients and internal creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time within scope and aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Ensure deadlines are met and ongoing client satisfaction is maintained.
Control and guarantee that all agency output is of consistent quality.
Assist the Account Director and contribute to the strategy development process to deliver effective advertising solutions.
Analyze and present competitive reports and budget reviews to senior agency personnel and clients on a monthly basis.
Contribute to the strategic development process.
Maintain effective relationships with clients and agency personnel at both operational and strategic levels to ensure smooth account management.
Provide strategic input to support the development of new business growth opportunities.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in Advertising Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
- Not less than 34 years of experience in client servicing or account management within a creative or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of creative agency workflows and project management processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Good exposure to timelines scopes of work and basic budget follow-up.
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced client-driven agency environment.
