About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Operations to oversee end-to-end operational functions across real estate development projects. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency ensuring project delivery excellence managing cross-functional teams and aligning day-to-day operations with business objectives and growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Strategy
Lead and oversee all operational functions across development construction and handover phases.
Develop and implement operational strategies policies and frameworks aligned with business goals.
Drive operational excellence efficiency and continuous improvement across departments.
Project & Development Oversight
Oversee planning execution and monitoring of real estate development projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to defined quality standards.
Coordinate closely with project management engineering design and procurement teams.
Process Management & Optimization
Establish and enforce standard operating procedures for core operational activities.
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
Monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics across projects.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with sales finance legal and marketing teams to ensure smooth operational alignment.
Act as a key liaison with contractors consultants authorities and external partners.
Ensure timely approvals permits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Financial & Resource Management
Oversee operational budgets cost controls and resource allocation.
Review project cash flows operational expenditures and efficiency metrics.
Support senior management in financial planning and operational forecasting.
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory contractual safety and quality standards.
Support audits reporting and governance requirements.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead mentor and develop operations and project teams.
Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Business Administration or a related field.
1015 years of experience in operations management within real estate development or construction.
Proven experience managing large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
Strong understanding of construction processes contracts and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
