Summary:
The Sales Executive cum Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments managing sales documentation tracking orders and maintaining customer relationships. The role focuses on enabling the sales team to achieve targets efficiently and ensuring timely delivery of products and services in the automotive aftermarket segment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts quotations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with procurement supply chain and logistics to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders customer interactions and product availability.
- Support preparation of sales reports dashboards and performance tracking for management.
- Liaise with distributors workshops and retailers to address queries and resolve issues.
- Help organize product promotions events and marketing initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across sales operations.
- Prior experience in a sales support or coordination role within automotive car care bodyshop or aftermarket accessories/spare parts industry preferred.
- Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of automotive products workshops and distribution channels is an advantage.
Travel Requirements: (Percentage of travel expected)
70% - 90%
Qualifications :
- Education:
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
- Experience:
- Having 3 to 5 years experience in sales preferably within the Automotive industry & understanding of automotive car care bodyshop or aftermarket accessories/spare parts industry preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
