Key Responsibilities
- Own demand generation: portals paid media SEO retargeting WhatsApp funnels.
- Manage funnel rules: scoring qualification routing SLAs and conversion improvement.
- Own CRM/attribution: data quality automation dashboards weekly reporting cadence.
- Control performance budget; optimize CPL/CPQL/CAC and ROI by channel/segment.
- Run closed-loop alignment with Sales on lead quality and pipeline conversion.
- Govern tracking standards (UTMs call tracking landing pages) and testing roadmap
Requirements
7-10 years in growth/performance with ROI accountability.
Hands-on CRM/automation and reporting/dashboarding experience.
Strong understanding of property portals and paid media optimization.
