ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Bridges & Structures Maintenance to lead and manage bridge and structural maintenance projects for Al Ain Municipality. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery ensuring compliance with municipal standards safety regulations quality requirements and approved budgets and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee bridges and structures maintenance projects from planning to completion.
Ensure compliance with Al Ain Municipality Abu Dhabi and international engineering standards and codes.
Lead project planning scheduling risk management and resource allocation.
Supervise inspections rehabilitation strengthening and maintenance works for bridges and structural assets.
Review and approve technical reports method statements designs and maintenance strategies.
Coordinate with municipality departments consultants contractors and relevant authorities.
Manage contracts variations claims and payment certifications.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress and technical reports.
Ensure strict adherence to Quality Health Safety and Environmental (QHSE) requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 15 years of experience in bridges and structures maintenance / Construction.
Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or municipal projects.
Strong technical knowledge of bridge structures concrete and steel structures and maintenance methodologies.
Experience in contract administration and FIDIC conditions.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (Primavera MS Project or similar).
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi / Al Ain Municipality standards is highly preferred.
English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
