We are seeking a strategic and hands-on

TALENT PARTNER (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning talent needs and organisational design.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for key functions ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Design and implement initiatives to attract retain and develop top talent across the region.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to enhance onboarding performance management and engagement.
Champion diversity equity and inclusion across all talent programs.
Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to internal mobility and succession planning across the Middle East.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition HR business partnering or people development.
Previous experience in financial services insurance or other regulated environments is strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced international organisations with a high degree of autonomy.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Bachelors degree in HR Business Psychology or a related field; certifications (CIPD SHRM etc.) are an asset.

Start date: Autumn 2025
Workload: 80%
Compensation: 400/450k (AED)
